John McMahon

Mr. John McMahon is the co-founder and owner of Cameron Pharmaceuticals LLC and Pharma Trading Partners, serving as the managing partner of Trade, Sales and Marketing. Previously, Mr. McMahon was Vice President of Trade Relations at Pernix Therapeutics. In 2009, Mr. McMahon and Mr. Venters founded Macoven Pharmaceuticals, a generic pharmaceutical company, that was acquired by Pernix Therapeutics in September 2010. Under the management of Mr. McMahon and Mr. Venters, Macoven doubled its revenue each year for the first three years following its launch. He was also a founder and Vice President of Generic Sales for Aristos Pharmaceuticals. Since starting his career at Dura Pharmaceuticals in 1997, he has worked in multiple sales and trade roles, beginning at the field level and progressing to executive levels. Mr. McMahon has experience in both brand and generic pharmaceutical companies, as well as multiple therapeutic areas. Mr. McMahon earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisville.

Mike Venters

Mr. Mike Venters is the co-founder and owner of Cameron Pharmaceuticals LLC and Pharma Trading Partners, serving as the managing partner of Business Development and Operations. Prior to co-founding Cameron, Mr. Venters was President of Macoven Pharmaceuticals as well as Vice President of Business Development at Pernix Therapeutics. In 2009, Mr. McMahon and Mr. Venters founded Macoven Pharmaceuticals, a generic pharmaceutical company, that was acquired by Pernix Therapeutics in September 2010. Under the management of Mr. McMahon and Mr. Venters, Macoven doubled its revenue each year for the first three years following its launch. Since starting his career at Dura Pharmaceuticals in 1991, he has held positions in many functional areas with ever-increasing responsibility. Mr. Venters has experience in both brand and generic pharmaceuticals, as well as multiple therapeutic areas. Cameron pharmaceuticals will be the third generic company that the pair has built from inception. Mr Venters was a founding member of Cornerstone Therapeutics where he served in the roles of Branded National Sales Director, Director of Corporate Development, Director of Trade Relations, as well as VP of Corporate Development and Sales for Aristos Pharmaceuticals which was a generic subsidiary of Cornerstone Therapeutics. Mr. Venters earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing at the University of Kentucky.

Tracy Clifford

Mrs. Tracy Clifford serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to assuming this role, Mrs. Clifford served as the Principal Accounting Officer, Controller and Corporate Secretary of Pernix Therapeutics Holdings, Inc. (“Pernix“; NASDAQ: PTX) from December 2011 to May 2015. From 2008 until December 2011, Mrs. Clifford served as Pernix’s Chief Financial Officer. Mrs. Clifford is a CPA and holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance. She has spent the majority of her career in the healthcare industry with financial and accounting experience at Deloitte & Touche (Miami, FL) on the healthcare audit team; North Broward Hospital District (Ft. Lauderdale, FL), and United Healthcare (Atlanta, GA) before joining Pernix Therapeutics. She has worked for a publicly traded company for the last 15 years and has experience in pharmaceutical analytics, forecasting and lender negotiation and capital raises.

Chris McHugh

Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Chris McHugh is a registered pharmacist and serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Cameron Pharmaceuticals LLC.  Prior to assuming this role, Mr. McHugh most recently served as the Vice President of National Accounts and Market Insights at Virtus Pharmaceuticals from 2015 to 2020.   Mr. McHugh started in the pharmaceutical industry in 1989 with Walgreen Co.  His many roles included Pharmacist, Pharmacy Manager, District Pharmacy Supervisor and Category Manager of Generic Pharmaceuticals.  Mr. McHugh brings a wealth of experience in brand and generic pharmaceuticals that include business development, supply chain management, financial analysis, customer engagement, as well as retail pharmacy operations and generic pharmaceutical procurement. Mr. McHugh earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Drake University.

Melissa Campisano

Director, Operations

Director, Operations
Ms. Melissa Campisano serves as the Director of Operations as well as a member of the Sales team for Cameron.  Prior to assuming this role, Ms. Campisano has held positions such as Project Manager and IT Consultant for such companies as UPS, The Kroger Company as well as created her own IT Consulting company.  Ms. Campisano earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Louisville.

Lee Ann Zwiebel

National Accounts/Operations

Ms. Lee Ann Zwiebel serves as a member of the Sales and Operations teams.  Prior to assuming this role, Ms. Zwiebel held multiple leadership positions, serving as Operations Manager, Client Relationship Manager and IT Manager/Consultant in other organizations including Procter & Gamble and British American Tobacco (BAT).  She has spent her career in a variety of industries, including Consumer Goods, Tobacco, Insurance, Sports Media and Community Banking.  In addition, she has and continues to serve as a volunteer in her community and church.  Ms. Zwiebel earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton.

Jon Wallace

General Counsel

With an educational background in pharmacy and experience working for multiple large pharmaceutical companies in a variety of roles, prior to joining Cameron Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Wallace practiced in the areas of pharmacy and drug regulatory law. Following law school, he practiced at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, one of the region’s largest law firms, where he defended national and international corporations in national pharmaceutical litigation and conducted pre-launch assessments covering false claims, Good Promotional Practices and litigation risks. In addition to his role at Cameron Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Wallace is an Adjunct Clinical Professor, Department of Clinical Pharmacy and Outcome Sciences at both the Medical University College of Pharmacy and the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy. Mr. Wallace earned a Bachelor of Science - Pharmacy from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Juris Doctor from University of South Carolina.

Melissa Goodhead

Regulatory and Compliance Officer

Regulatory and Compliance Manager
Melissa Goodhead is a well-rounded pharmaceutical executive with over 20 years’ of extensive experience in all aspects of the pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostic arenas; providing executive management and expertise in regulatory strategy/writing/approval, clinical research strategy/design and management, compound development, manufacturing and post-marketing venues. She has held positions of increasing responsibility and authority in senior management at Somerset Pharmaceuticals, for 17 years, where she was responsible for regulatory strategy, development and manufacturing. In the latter years, holding the position of Vice President of Regulatory and Quality. Ms. Goodhead subsequently developed her own consulting firm where she authored and led multiple successful 505(b)(1), 505(b)(2) and IND applications, in multiple Divisions. She has extensive expertise in the CNS and ophthalmologic Divisions as well as oncology, dermatology, medical devices and biologics. Ms. Goodhead received a B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of South Florida and a Masters in Science from the University of Tampa.
